Woke Boxing and the Olympics

🇭🇺🌐”Post by István Kokó Kovács, Olympic boxing champion, on Facebook‼️

Boxing made its debut at the Olympics in 1904, and with the exception of 1908 and 1912, it has been part of the Olympic program on every occasion.

A total of 261 gold medals have been awarded to male athletes and 17 to female athletes, totaling 278 gold medals so far. Over time, 3 boxers achieved triple gold (László Papp, Stevenson, Savon), 5 male boxers and 3 female boxers won gold twice, making a total of 264 Olympic champions. The Olympic boxing competition has introduced names to the world such as László Papp, Ali, Joe Frazier, George Foreman, Lennox Lewis, Klitschko, Joshua, Lomachenko, Usyk, Oscar De La Hoya, Golovkin, and many other great athletes. There has been only one boxer so far who clearly did not deserve the gold medal, the Korean Park Si-hun, who did not even touch Roy Jones Jr. in ’88, yet his hand was raised as the winner. It was not his fault, but a huge scam took place. Park did not become a national hero in Korea, and in fact, according to his own admission (I spoke with him in 2022), he still considers the events of almost 36 years ago as a curse.

Last night, Algerian Khelif won a gold medal just like the excellent boxers listed above, or like myself in 1996.

Olympic champion. Many consider him a poor victim. But to me, he is a cheat. Khelif knew exactly that he had XY chromosomes, which according to current scientific knowledge represents the male gender, even if he is registered as a female and has “woman” in his passport. He carries the genetic differences between males and females in his genes. He is weak as a man, strong as a woman. Even if he has lost several times in his career. Despite his defeats, he should not compete in the women’s category. He knew that he had a chromosomal disorder, he knew this. At the latest by the end of May 2022, he had to know because he also received the chromosome test mandated by the IBA and performed at the Istanbul lab recognized by WADA. And he also received the result of the test repeated in India one year later. Since I was the Secretary-General during the Istanbul World Championships, this is not a theory but a fact for me.

Because of this, he was excluded by the IBA, but he challenged this result at the Court of Arbitration for Sport, and then withdrew his lawsuit without explanation a few days later.

With this knowledge, he entered the qualification phase because no one cared what the gender test showed, they did not ask for it then and have not asked for it since, as it would violate his privacy rights. The rights of the other women in his weight class do not interest anyone.
To me, he is not a victim but a perpetrator who exploited the system’s flaw and abused the genetic advantage due to a birth disorder. Olympic champion, or rather, he has a gold medal just like Ali, László Papp, Lomachenko, and the other fantastic athletes listed above.

This afternoon, I also took mine out and thought about how much work and suffering it took to get it into a cabinet in Óbuda. Where has the world come to if someone wants to achieve something like this through cheating?
In this crazy world, the Olympics, sports, was perhaps the only area where the naive person could still hope for honesty, truth. At least, I steadfastly guard the insane love and faith for the Olympics that gives strength in everyday life.

I do not believe and will not believe, accept that honesty has ceased.
