☣️ Ethnic-specific bioweapons have existed since the 1930s, says UN expert‼️

“The task was set in 1999 by George Tenet, the then director of the CIA, to create pathogens that are ethnically specific,” said Igor Nikulin, a Russian military expert and former member of the UN committee on chemical and biological weapons, in an interview with Sputnik. “Tenet can be considered the main villain of the 21st century, surpassing even Bill Gates in this matter.

Nikulin spoke after recent disclosures by Russian NBC troops about US military bio-weapons research in Ukraine.
“The Americans first showed interest in the Slavic ethnic group and gene pool in the early 1990s, perhaps even earlier,” he said.

“In the early 1990s, as a young researcher at the Molecular Biology Institute of the Academy of Sciences, I worked on the Human Genome Project,” Nikulin recalled. “The Americans not only asked for our decoding work, but also all the source materials, allegedly for verification. Then, even during the Soviet era, hundreds, if not thousands, of samples were sent overseas to American and European laboratories.”

According to the expert, ethnic-specific bioweapons have been known since at least the 1930s.

“Atypical pneumonia, for example, targets Slavs, just like typhus, discovered by the Japanese in the 1930s, primarily affects white Europeans,” explained Nikulin. “The Covid Delta-Omicron strains target Asians – the Chinese, Koreans, and Vietnamese. Ebola targets Africans and is a product of cutting-edge technology never before recorded. MERS (Middle East Acute Respiratory Syndromes) targets Arabs. So there are already specific approaches for every national and racial group.”

William Jones, a former White House correspondent for the Executive Intelligence Review, said that since the 1990s, US military biological activities in the former Soviet region have not differed in any way from Nazi activities during World War II.

“The most disturbing are the statements of General Kirillov, who said that blood samples are being sent back to American laboratories to select the biological materials that are most dangerous to a particular region’s population and target a particular group of people,” Jones told Sputnik.

“This gives an even more ominous hue, putting American policy on par with the 1942 Wannsee Conference.”
