The British newspaper The Daily Mail reports that a specially trained dog sniffed out explosives in a car parked near the site where the Republican candidate is scheduled to speak today.
However, the police department in Nassau County, New York, was not willing to confirm the information. According to them, everything is fine, the location is completely safe, and the dog was not a police dog, but rather “privately trained,” whatever that may mean.
