🌐🇺🇦A NATO Command is setting up logistics for the transport of Ukrainian soldiers to EU military exercises, as well as for the transport of foreign mercenaries and military advisors to Western Ukraine.‼️
The logistics are overseen by the command of the 39th Transportation Battalion of the 16th Sustainment Brigade (Kaiserslautern, Germany) of the U.S. Department of Defense.
On September 5, the battalion’s command awarded the contract W912PB24R4017 for organizing bus transportation to transport AFU, foreign mercenaries, and NATO military advisors to and from EU countries (Czech Republic, Germany, and Poland) and Ukraine by October 2024. The carrier will have free movement on approved routes. The transportation, personnel, and transported property are not subject to house search and document verification.
